Specifications
If you have ordered printed materials, please submit your designs on time. Check the deadlines for when we need to receive your designs, and see the submission specifications below.
Seamless print
The fabric of seamless prints remains the property of the exhibitor (excluding the frame). If you would like to keep the fabric after the event, please remove and take it with you immediately after the final event day. The fabric can easily be removed from the frame by pulling the small loop at the bottom corner.
Any fabric still in the frames one hour after the end of the final event day will be removed and sent for recycling. It cannot be retrieved afterwards.
Submitting print files
Graphic files can be uploaded through our event uploader. After placing your order, you will receive an email with a direct link and further information on uploading your files.

Printed standpanels
Printed stand panels may be taken by the exhibitor after the event, if desired (excluding the frame). If you would like to take the stand panels with you, please inform the Exhibitor Reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day. The panels must be collected immediately after the event. Unfortunately, storage of the panels is not available.
If you do not inform us before the end of the first event day that you wish to take the stand panels, they will be recycled immediately after the event.
Other printed materials
Specifications for other printed materials, such as All-in Plus banners, printed fascia panels, Easy Eyecatcher prints and counter stickers, will be provided after you have ordered the relevant product.
All banners, printed fabrics and panels may be taken by the exhibitor after the event, if desired (excluding the frame). If you would like to take your printed materials with you, please inform the Exhibitor Reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day. The printed materials must be collected immediately after the final event day. Dismantling will be carried out by Easyfairs and/or the relevant supplier. Unfortunately, storage of printed materials is not available.
If you do not inform us before the end of the first event day that you wish to take the printed materials with you, they will be removed and recycled immediately after the event.
