After the early-bird rate has expired, a 30% surcharge applies. Certain products, such as printed materials, can only be ordered during the early-bird period.

Additional orders can only be placed at the Exhibitor Desk during build-up once the webshop has closed.

Please note:

  • A 100% surcharge applies to requests for technical services made during build-up.
  • Only a limited range of products is available during build-up, subject to stock availability.
  • Additional orders placed through the webshop will always take priority over additional orders placed during build-up.

Additional orders may be cancelled up to 15 days before the event begins. After this, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Printed materials, such as seamless prints, printed panels and stickers, cannot be cancelled.

Webshop items are rented and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or its suppliers. In the event of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
