Dust control
Aquaco offers effective solutions for dust problems, both indoors and out. When controlling dust in warehouses, the dust particles present are attracted to each other and bound together using an atomisation system that produces microscopic spray particles. The dust is controlled using this air humidification system, thereby creating a more pleasant and healthier working environment. The atomisation is especially important in those places in the warehouse where the most dust is produced, such as at vehicle unloading sites, and where goods are transferred onto conveyor belts and roads.
Fog cannons
The static spray systems are used for recycling, greenhouse horticulture, printers, wood processing, storing fruit and vegetables, storing raw materials, intensive animal farming and storing bulk goods. The systems can be fitted with stainless steel pipes or high-pressure plastic tubes. Both come with small-holed nozzles. Systems may come with an easy-to-operate pulse/pause control and a remote control. These systems are typically environmentally friendly with low water consumption, reliable, low-maintenance and quiet.
Humidification
Air humidification plays an important role in climate control and reducing the risk of explosions wherever this is being discussed: An air humidification system is used to achieve the required air humidification level in a space or production space, thereby creating a more pleasant working environment and reducing any bacterial problems. An additional benefit of air humidification under high pressure is its exceptionally low energy consumption.
Dust control
Dust control Aquaco provides you with adequate dust binding proposals which offer perfect solutions for both in- and outside situations. During the process of dust binding in production halls dust particles attach themselves to the micro water droplets, which are created by fogging/dust control devices. By using this humidifying solution dust is abated, which results in a healthier and better working atmosphere. Fogging is especially important in those areas in the production hall where the biggest dust production takes place, such as during unloading of lorries and transhipment onto conveyor belts and driving lanes. The system is easy to operate and can be equipped with a remote control. For open air dust binding we also offer advanced sprinkler guns who can perform well even during severe frost or strong wind circumstances. The water lands exactly on the right spot. This prevents dust and grit from flying away from eg. coal mountains, sand and gravel storage, flying ashes and debris.

Odour control
There are various production processes which produce an unpleasant smell for the employees and the environment. By adding an odour to the atomized water it is possible to neutralize this smell. Advantages of odour control: 1. Contributes to better working circumstances 2. Reduces nuisance to the environment 3. Can be combined with dust control 4. Works on chemical as well as on biological smells
Adiabatic cooling
Higher cooling capacity; lower energy consumption Cooling capacity can be increased by up to 30% by placing a mist system around roof-based condensers. This is possible by using the natural principle of adiabatic cooling. Very fine mist vaporises by extracting heat from the air, which reduces the inflow temperature by several degrees.
