Balers
The HBC-series covers fully automatic, continuously operating balers with a compaction force varying from 30 tons to 180 tons. The maximum capacity of the largest HBC baler is 100 tons/hour. The HBC balers are used to compact bulky materials such as waste paper, plastics, plastic bottles, tins and textile waste. The HBC 135 baler is one of the largest balers in the Bollegraaf range and was designed for waste processors who have high capacity and bale weight requirements. The HBC 135 has the capability of processing waste paper and materials at a high speed into very dense, homogeneously packed bales while using minimal power. The production process is highly efficient and incorporates the latest technological advances to ensure smooth operations and a long service life for the machine. An added advantage is that more densely packed bales also save on transportation costs, since more waste is processed into each bale. For Two-Ram balers, Bollegraaf is also the right address.

Sorting systems
Bollegraaf Recycling Solutions and Lubo Recycling Solutions have become a household name in the recycling industry as a developer and manufacturer of high-quality machinery, systems and accessories. Bollegraaf’s (fully automatic) balers, belt conveyors, sorting robots, star screens and other products are proving their value every day all over the world. Bollegraaf can tailor-make a system for sorting and processing waste streams to fit in your building or to fit an existing system you may already have.

Lubo Opti-Sort - Integrated Optical Sorting Unit
Lubo Opti-Sort is an integrated optical sorting unit. It has a patented design especially suitable for processing lightweight materials, such as flexible plastic packaging or single sheets of paper. Controlling the trajectory of those types of materials inside the ejection hood remains a challenge for the industry. Opti-Sort is the perfect solution. It allows precise material handling at a high speed of up to 6,5m/s on a conveyor. This is specifically designed to this velocity without having balance issues. The newly patented ejection hood of the Opti-Sort integrated optical sorting unit uses a curved design. This leads to a perfect control of the trajectory of lightweight materials.

Greyparrot Analyzer
Process control in ever-changing conditions is more than necessary for MRFs to guarantee consistent output quality and survive the quest for the resources of tomorrow. Therefore, data play a critical role in facilitating the process and eventually creating the MRF of the future. Bollegraaf Group has entered into a strategic partnership with Greyparrot, a pioneer in AI waste analytics, to significantly boost recycling rates and quantify material emissions. The collaboration will bring forth revolutionary smart recycling plants that are fully automated and agile, unlocking new value in waste streams. Greyparrot Analyzer, easily integrated into recycling installations designed by the Bollegraaf Group, is an AI waste analytics system that tracks and reports on objects passing through recovery facilities. Using Greyparrot’s live insights, recycling operators can act fast to optimize their process and increase their recovery.

Bollegraaf ONE: the modular digital customer environment that connects your equipment, sensors, and operational data, and transforms complex data into clear insights, practical recommendations, and measurable performance improvements.
We are very excited to announce the launch of Bollegraaf ONE – a next-generation digital environment designed to transform the way recycling plants are monitored, managed, and optimized. At a time when recycling facilities face increasing pressure from changing material streams, tighter quality requirements, labour shortages, rising costs, and the need for maximum uptime, Bollegraaf ONE introduces a new way forward: clearer decisions, faster responses, and smarter operations. Bollegraaf ONE combines decades of recycling process knowledge with advanced analytics and Al-driven technologies. It has been developed in close collaboration with WaDaCon, a waste data consulting firm for the recycling industry that delivers AI optimizations of recycling plant performance, and powered by Greyparrot, the leading waste intelligence platform, with the largest global deployment of AI waste analytics. Bollegraaf ONE is built around three powerful principles: Observe – gain full visibility across the plant through live dashboards, machine data, bunker levels, throughput monitoring, key performance indicators. Navigate – identify root causes, detect anomalies early, prioritize actions, and receive intelligent recommendations that help teams make better decisions faster. Evolve – move toward predictive and autonomous operations with continuous optimization, hazard forecasting, adaptive settings, and smarter maintenance planning. The result is a plant that becomes more transparent, more predictable, and more efficient every day.
