Weigh Belt Feeder WBF

The WBF weigh belt feeder allows ensuring the continuous bulk product dosing. This dosing infrastructure ensures the joint extraction and weighing of any gravity flowing product through a feeding hopper provided. The WBF has been specially designed for use in the cement, steel, mineral, fertilizer production, agri-industry and other activity sectors using dosing, single or double regulation dosing. This doser is equipped with a continuous weighing scale integrated in the conveyor and a belt speed measuring device. These measurements are used to calculate the flow rate with an accuracy from +/- 0.25 % to +/- 1.0 % depending on the application and product behaviour. The standard model ranges extend from 1 t/h to 2000 t/h. This WBF doser can be used to provide with constant or variable set point single product dosing, or a multi-product dosing with a global set point and proportions.

CKW 410 LOG Logistic checkweigher

La trieuse pondérale CKW 410 LOG permet l’acquisition du poids de produits convoyés de façon automatique ainsi que la transmission de cette information à un dispositif externe type automate ou PC de gestion. Sa conception robuste et la capacité des charges mesurables la destine tout particulièrement au domaine de la logistique. Terminal I410 convivial comportant un écran graphique rétroéclairé et un clavier 10 touches fonctions. Le terminal est disponible en 2 versions : I410 D intégrable dans un coffret ou armoire déportée I410 D-S en boîtier inox IP66 fixé sur le convoyeur par colonne. En mode connecté permet à l’automate ou au PC un contrôle complet de la trieuse et la récupération du poids de chaque produit Liaison série RS232/RS485 protocole MODBUS RTU esclave ou PM maître. Bus de terrain Profibus, DeviceNet, Ethernet Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP ou Profinet. En mode autonome non connecté un port USB permet la récupération de toutes les pesées sur une clef USB.

Graphic Terminal I 410

The I 410 Graphic Terminal is part of the PRECIA MOLEN I 410 range. It is the central man/machine interface item. It encloses a wide software library to meet most needs related to dosing, tolerance check, check weighing, continuous totalling, etc… Moreover, with its PLC-oriented software workshop, a specific application can be developed to perfectly adapt to: existing equipment (PLC, field bus, protocol, …), specific functionalities (production chain peripheral commands, data acquisition and processing, …), IT interconnections (outsourced information feedback and processing). Depending on the application, the terminal can be connected to various external weight transmitters or be equipped with internal measurement boards that turn the terminal into a multi-channel weight indicator. The I 410 graphic terminal range is made up of the various models below. I 410 D: panel-mounted terminal in cabinet or console. I 410 D-S: terminal in waterproof stainless steel casing adapted to a use nearest the work station as possible in harsh environments. I 410 D-T: terminal for tabletop use. All these terminals are available in digital or alphanumeric keyboard versions.

DOT 10 and DOT 15: weighing terminal and vehicles flow management

The DOT Terminal allows you to have 24/7 availability of operations without needing an operator. It ensures the identification of the driver/vehicle pair, site access control, weighing, traceability, and flows security. Special attention has been paid to its design: The composite case allows an optimal integration of the peripherals and will resist long periods of use in often harsh operating conditions. The ergonomics of the touch screen interface is entirely focused on the drivers’ expectations It is compatible with our softwareTRUCKFLOW in a connected environment, but a stand-alone version can also be used to provide remote sites with a self-service weighing point.
