Access & stand personnel

Below you will find all important information about access to the event during build-up, dismantling and the event days themselves. Please ensure that you are well prepared and follow all access rules.

Standpersonnel

Register your stand staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage your stand – Stand staff – Manage staff). During build-up, you can collect the badges from the Exhibitor Reception using the barcode.

Catering vouchers

All exhibitors receive two catering vouchers per event day, granting access to the Exhibitor Restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered through the webshop. The catering vouchers, including any additional vouchers ordered, can be collected from the Exhibitor Reception on the final build-up day and the first event day.

Exhibitor Restaurant opening hours:

Lunch: 12:00 – 14:00
Dinner: 17:00 – 19:30

Parking tickets

All exhibitors receive two parking tickets per event day, allowing them to exit the car park free of charge. Need additional parking tickets? Order them in advance through the webshop or purchase them on site at the parking payment machine. The parking tickets, including any additional tickets ordered, can be collected from the Exhibitor Reception on the final build-up day and the first event day.

Accessibility

By car

Gorinchem interchange (A27/A15), in the direction of Nijmegen (A15). Take the Gorinchem-Oost exit (exit 28). Turn left at the traffic lights and follow the dynamic road signs.

Parking

There are 2,200 parking spaces around Evenementenhal Gorinchem, where you can park your vehicle for €10 per day. Arriving by bicycle? A free bicycle parking area is also available in the car park.

Public transport

Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport.* From Gorinchem railway station, take bus line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, De Griendweg; from there, it is only an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
