New West Gypsum Recycling (NWGR) has been active in gypsum recycling for 44 years and has grown to become the world’s largest gypsum recycling company.
All incoming gypsum waste undergoes a strict quality inspection before it is accepted for recycling. We then process the gypsum waste into a high-quality secondary raw material, which can be used only a few hours later in the production of new plasterboard.

Today, we operate **6 recycling facilities across Europe**:

Gypsum is a unique material: it can be **recycled again and again without losing its quality**. Instead of allowing gypsum waste to leave the material cycle, we return it to the gypsum industry as a valuable raw material for the production of new products.

For us, this is true circularity: **waste becomes raw material, and raw material becomes a new product.**
