Snel en overzichtelijk inzicht in de voorschriften voor slopen, asbest verwijderen en mobiel breken in de Omgevingswet! De Omgevingswet is per 1 januari 2024 in werking getreden. Onderdeel van de Omgevingswet is het Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving (Bbl). In het Bbl staan regels over veiligheid, gezondheid, duurzaamheid en bruikbaarheid van bouwwerken. Daarnaast heeft het Bbl regels over de staat en het gebruik van een bouwwerk. En over het uitvoeren van bouw- en sloopwerkzaamheden. Om de voorschriften voor slopen, asbest verwijderen en mobiel breken overzichtelijk weer te geven heeft VERAS de Webtool Sloopregelgeving Omgevingswet ontwikkeld. U kunt naast de wetteksten ook de Nota van Toelichting bij het betreffende artikel direct raadplegen en een korte samenvatting. De webtool is gratis beschikbaar voor iedereen.

Het Nederlandse bedrijf Myne, heeft de eerste digitale recyclingfabriek ter wereld voor metalen, de Xorter gelanceerd. Met de gepatenteerde Xorter, wordt onder andere aluminium schroot op legering gesorteerd door Artificial Intelligence (AI), X-ray en robots. Hierdoor kunnen de hernieuwde grondstoffen gebruikt worden voor nieuwe hoogwaardige producten, waarmee Myne bijdraagt aan een circulaire economie.

Zonesafe RFID detection creates a 360 degree detection zone around the vehicle/machine or forklift. An antenna is placed in the vehicle and employees wear a tag. If an employee enters the detection zone, both driver and employee are alerted by the tag vibrating. Zonesafe is very suitable for building sites, recycling sites and last but not least for large distribution centres/warehousing. In fact for every place where vehicles drive and employees walk.
