      De rotoren van de shredder waren na jaren van intensief gebruik versleten. Snijmessen zijn bot en aangetast door constant contact met takken en groenafval. De beslissing om de rotoren te reviseren was noodzakelijk om de productiviteit op peil te houden.

      In een drukke groenverwerkingsfaciliteit stond een Lindner shredder centraal. Deze krachtige machine verkleinde bergen groenafval tot beheersbare stukken. De rotoren van de shredder waren echter na intensief gebruik versleten. Snijmessen bot geworden en de meenemers versleten door constant contact met takken en ander groenafval. De beslissing om de rotoren te reviseren was noodzakelijk om de productiviteit op peil te houden. Voor revisie zijn wij op locatie de rotoren wezen bekijken. Op basis van dit bezoek en wensen van de klant hebben wij een revisieplan opgesteld. rotorbladen zorgvuldig gedemonteerd en geïnspecteerd. Versleten snijmessen werden vervangen en de rotoren zelf werden opgelast om hun oorspronkelijke sterkte terug te brengen. Na de revisie draaide de shredder weer als nieuw. Het groenafval werd moeiteloos verkleind, en de levensduur van de machine was aanzienlijk verlengd. De revisie had niet alleen de prestaties van de shredder hersteld, maar zorgde ook voor kostenbesparingen door de noodzaak van een nieuwe machine uit te stellen. De Lindner shredder was weer klaar om de volgende lading groenafval aan te pakken.
